Lawn Maintenance Added to Services Included in Rent ($1750/month)

We now include lawn maintenance in the services covered by the monthly rent.  Rent is now $1,750/mo in consideration of this additional service.

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.  A non-refundable pet deposit of $150 is due with the $1750 security deposit.

Tenant Applicant Qualifications

Thank you for your interest in our property.  We want to make the rental home search as easy for you as possible.  Before inquiring about our property, please make sure you meet the below tenant qualifications:
  1. Complete rental application (we will provide)
  2. Proof of combined household income of at least $68,000 
  3. Good rental history of paying timely and leaving home/apartment in good condition.  We will contact your current landlord to verify.
Roommate arrangements are acceptable; however, all roommates must sign the lease.
